A Level 3 Budtender based at our Kearney location, Tyler has built a reputation across KCC not only for his product knowledge and customer service, but also for his willingness to step up wherever he’s needed. It’s not uncommon to see him picking up shifts at multiple locations, supporting different teams, and bringing the same energy, humor, and positivity with him wherever he goes.

“My journey with cannabis began in high school as something fun to do with friends,” Tyler explains. “It helped with anxiety and escaping some life issues.”
Over time, cannabis became not just a personal tool for wellness but also a professional path. When Missouri laws changed and opportunities in the cannabis industry opened up, Tyler knew it was something he wanted to pursue.

Although Tyler’s home base is the Kearney location, his dedication to the company means customers and coworkers often see him throughout the KCC network. He’s known for being dependable, often stepping in to help cover shifts and support other stores when needed. On a typical day, Tyler focuses on two things that define his approach as a budtender: education and service. He takes pride in helping patients better understand cannabis products, making sure they feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their choices.
